A delightful experience with engaging staff. It is like shopping at Tiffany's (bar the champagne on purchase!). The staff are very interested in helping their customers and fitting jewelry to the needs of the customer. As one who frequents jewelers, I was highly impressed. I walked out with this Cross, a beautiful symbol of my faith. The store also boasts an impressive display of timepieces for customers looking to purchase a watch. 5/5 Well deserved!

Popped into the Chelmsford branch to have a look and potentially buy a watch. We were absolutely blown away by Sean's knowledge and professionalism. Went into Fraser hart in Chelmsford today, on the hunt for a new wedding band. We were greeted by Sean. We gave him a few ideas of the rings we liked and he got a fantastic selection and explained in great detail the differences between each ring. He listened to our ideas and brought out a ring that surprised us. We absolutely loved it and that's the ring we chose. We couldn't recommend Sean enough. He was extremely professional and knew exactly what he was talking about! If we could rate higher than 5 stars, we definitely would!
