Had my watch battery replaced yesterday. Was don’t very efficiently by a lovely girl called Louise. She even gave the watch a clean for me. Very happy with the service and will use again !

Louise at Chelmsford was amazing. My daughter and I had our cartilage pierced, and 4 weeks later we have had no issues. Louise was kind and put my daughter at ease when nervous and gave great after care advice. Cost was also fantastic at £15. Highly recommend for all ages, i will certainly be taking my youngest back for her lobes. Thank you!

Very grateful the sale's assistance was very helpful and keeped me informed about my watch that I had broken and contacted the insurance company as it was going to take 16 weeks to repair and I got a new watch in Chelmsford store thanks again

Fantastic service from Lauren, Yen & Fiona. We purchased a Radley watch for a family member , but sadly the watch bracelet was too big, we returned on two separate days to ask if the staff would mind adjusting the length, as the recipient of the watch was very poorly. Nothing was too much trouble for them, they were excellent. Whilst we waited they chatted with us, which is really nice, giving us their time. All in all this was a lovely shopping experience and would definitely recommend H. Samuel in Chelmsford. Thank you ladies.
