Krafft Jewellers

Kraft jewellers is a jewel! If I have any jewellery or clock that needs repairing or I wish to buy jewellery for a gift or for myself this is my first place to visit. Such a good service, value and very trust worthy.

I took my engagement ring to be resized down by quite a few sizes and they did it perfectly, even managed to keep the engraving on the inside of the ring. Unfortunately a few hours after I picked it up once completed, I noticed a diamond was missing in the band. I took it back to the shop and they apologised and offered to sort it out no questions asked. I had it back by the end of the week at no cost, such good customer service. Would most definitely recommend Krafft Jewellers and all the lovely staff!

Loved my experience here. Had a ring cut off and resized. Both visits were delightful, professional, curious but with a lovely family type atmosphere. Recommended
