Graham came to see me when we needed advice on our new but patchy lawn that had been laid by another business a year prior- he was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. He advised honestly and told us that the company who laid it should be the ones to fix it, although he would have been happy to. To help us with our case, he spent time writing a report about the state of our lawn and what he saw was the issue. Without his independent advise, we would have been at logger heads with our landscapers but instead, they agreed to follow Graham's advise and are re-laying our lawn in September. Graham did all this without us having to chase or without asking for any fee. Needless to say....we are going to instruct him to maintain our new lawn from September! Great service - never experienced this before from a small garden business. Highly recommend.

My lawn was full of moss and weed, Graham visited and put a treatment plan together. After visits last year and again this spring, the difference is amazing. Graham and his team are reliable, courteous and tidy up after they finish! I would recommend to everyone.

Really easy company to use. Used a franchise before, it was very impersonal. I Love the fact we could actually contact the actual person treating our lawns. Plus the lawn has improved in the last year of using Lawn Doctor Essex.
