Cosy and tranquil aren't usually the words one would associate with a gym but that's what this felt like. safe parking, functional gym equipment and friendly staff.
Enjoyed playing squash here. nice and friendly staff at the reception. easy online booking process. cost of playing squash higher than in my regular place though! squash courts have scope to be improved.
Great staff and trainers. it's small and only opens evenings and weekends, but i've made a lot of good friends there.
Nice unpretentious sports centre. good for squash and badminton. the only downside is the changing rooms are too hot and you can"t cool down after a game of squash. just turn off the heating. it's not needed.
