Very good service. Talked through problem with lock on phone so that understood what was required (door had shifted in hot weather so could no longer lock). I was basically stuck in a flat with a main door that wouldn't lock, so was fortunate that they came within 30 minutes, adjusted the door lock recess so that it worked correctly.

Needed to change my locks due to a serious security issue, sent a request for a call back for information. Called within 20 minutes and locked were changed within the hour by a smart presentable well mannered guy. Thank you very much for the now peace of mind I have.

Having tried to get advice from a DIY superstore where they were less than helpful I am so glad I found this company via a google search. Both Clive and Tom were exceptionally knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. Their service and advice is first class. Would not hesitate to recommend.

UPVC door fasteners had seized and door could not be unlocked. I was given sound advice by the locksmith and instructed on what to do until he could attend next day. Within 30 minutes the door was unlocked and the seized parts repaired and greased. The door and fasteners on the door frame were reset and everything works better now than over the last few years. The price was totally acceptable. Would highly recommend this locksmith.

Tom gave us a quality professional service. If you get locked out you can rely on not getting ripped off by calling this company. We felt safe and he saved us so much money by not needing to replace locks etc. which if we had used a different company (who came out) would have got us into our home by drilling through the lock, then needing to get replaced which would have amounted to £££s! He was punctual, no fuss and we got back into our home in no time. Can highly recommend this service.
