Fantastic service and very knowledgeable. Unfortunately wasn't able to help me on this occasion but pointed me to someone who could help. Wouldnt hesitate to use cooper keys again.

I bought a new lock for my door. After a little reluctance, as a lock the same size wasn't available, I was helpfully provided with an excellent alternative and my door is better and more secure than ever. Be warned that the shop is closed lunchtimes and Wednesday afternoons, which meant some wasted journeys before I found them open. Hence my score.

A really knowledgeable family business with wonderful customer service. We even managed a chat about classic cars during key cutting. Highly recommended.
