Sonia has been amazing. friendly and professional. i broke my ankle in february and she has improved the swelling and appearance of my leg enormously. she has given me some great advice on helping my recovery. highly recommend

Sonia is an excellent therapist, she's friendly, warm and gives a great massage. i see her for sports/deep tissue massages quite regularly and she really gets the knots out and my muscles to a more relaxed state. i'd definitely recommend sonia for a visit!

I have been using this service for 4-5 years having been referred by a chiropractor. i have to say that sonia is an excellent therapist both for intense intervention following an injury or as a regular maintenance therapist to prevent injuries reoccurring. thanks sonia for all your great work

Sonia is great, focussing on areas that you want to and will talk you through what she is doing as she goes. this isn't like a spa massage so don't go along thinking it is going to be relaxing. it feels great but you will be talked through pressure and what to expect. i was also sent home with some stretches to help improve posture going forward.

Been visiting sonia for probably two years now after a friend recommended her to me. she’s been helping me with some lower back pain that returns every so often and i can’t recommend her highly enough. she explains everything she’s doing and i always feel a real improvement after visiting. would recommend.
