Very clean and inviting massage space, and Fay is fab at what she does! She has ironed out my aches and pains from working from home and I can’t recommend her enough! Thank you!

After climbing Snowdon I could barely walk from the muscles pain. I went to see Fay at short notice and she did an amazing job. After the treatment I felt immediately better and the day after I was completely recovered. Highly recommended.

I went here for a shoulder injury and after a sports massage I Instantly felt the dull pain go, would highly recommend. Will see how I get on in the gym and may come back for another massage if the pain persists but so far so good! Lots of helpful advice and very friendly.

Really recommend Fay at FD Sports Massage! Had a few issues before with my hamstring before an ultra endurance event. I had a few sessions with Fay, and the difference was insane. I felt so much looser and dare I say, it allowed me to complete the event without any issues at all! Will 100% be returning in the future, I didn’t realise how much I need it until I had a session!
