Dreams Chelmsford

My Partner and I went out to buy a bed frame and a mattress, not knowing what we really wanted, we knew that we wanted a TV bed due to limited space in the bedroom for a Tv. We went in to dreams at Chelmsford and where greeted by George the sales man there and we found him to be amazing, one of the best sales experience's i have had, he wasn't pushy was very welcoming, listened to us on what we required. He offered drinks which was appreciated. showed us the dreams bed machine which saw how we slept and showed us what the right mattress and pillows where for the type of sleepers we are. He came across as very passionate and wanted to be involved which was great for us. I have mentioned him to a couple of family members as i was that impressed with him. At the end of it all he took the time to engage us and made the experience not as daunting because as we know a bed frame and mattress can be very costly. We did end up getting a great deal and we are now looking forward to the bed arriving this month :)

Absolutely First rate service from the team here. The sales assistant (Lynn) was professional and extremely welcoming. Had two children in tow and she made them feel welcome, allowing them to ‘test’ out the mattress options with me and providing them with water. She also made an offer to accommodate the hamster we had in the car!! The service was clear and comprehensive, with finance options outlined in detail and the entire experience being handled quickly and efficiently. Really couldn’t fault any aspect of the service. Thoroughly recommended!

We visited your store in Chelmsford today and Michelle helped us. She was amazing. There was no hard sell which always puts me off. She did the 'bed test' which was excellent then from our results showed us several beds that would be suitable from our bespoke results. Michelle was very knowledgeable about the difference between mattresses which was great as we had no idea, she was very patient and there was no pressure.
