When i walked throgh the door i first asked one of the reps about a sofa i had seen online. they had the same one on display. i was taken over by teri and from start to finsh she explained eveything, from the material and colour to the cushion filling. while we was making the order she explained about their insurance for accidental damage which i also took. i was offered tea and everyone made me feel welcome. teri was very knowledgeable and an asset to the company.
