When I managed to get a member of staff he was helpful and polite, but seemed to stand in groups and chat while looking at computers or their phones.

We bought a new mobile phone there. Very helpful staff who completed the setup and transfer of data across from the old phone.

Online purchase of a new hoover. Stopped working after just three weeks. Returned to Curry's chelmsford and exchanged, so easy, no fuss, excellent service.

Absolutely brilliant!! I had an amazing staff member called Alex who spent time with me when buying a new laptop, he was extremely knowledgeable and took time to explain everything, I am returning on the 21st for a tutorial on my new device, hopefully with Alex, he is a credit to Curry's
