I was lucky enough to have calvin as my mortgage broker when i was buying my first property earlier this year. he was extremely attentive, helpful and professional throughout the process and always went above and beyond to ensure i understood each step - as a first time buyer it's natural to have a lot of questions and calvin calmly went through everything with me without any hesitation. on one occasion he kindly offered to call me outside of his hours just so it was convenient for me as i was due to go on holiday early the next morning. i am so grateful and thankful to him for making the process smooth and fuss-free for me. i would highly recommend him to anyone. thank you calvin.

Absolutely phenomenal service and wouldn't hesitate to recommend new homes. had the pleasure of chris helping me and my partner get a mortgage for our first home. being completely new to the process, we had a lot of questions and uncertainties, but chris was very helpful in answering these and was very knowledgeable. he was also friendly and approachable, including being contactable 7 days a week and into the evening, which was very helpful as we both work 9-5. overall was a smooth and stress free experience, and again cannot recommend new homes brokers highly enough.

Very positive experience with new homes mortgage brokers. they were receptive to our needs and opinions and willing to explain products and their advantages and disadvantages. i appreciated that it was a conversation about the best product rather than just telling us what to go with. document requests were usually explained and everything worked as quickly as possible.
