All of the staff at james bryan are very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. they really help you feel at ease during the whole process and explain everything fully. i wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

Excellent service. zahir was so knowledgeable, first class optician, excellent interpersonal skills. listened to what i needed and recommended only what i needed. really helpful advice regarding my dry eyes. hansa was so helpful in assisting with choosing and fitting my new frames, again excellent interpersonal skills, mindful of my budget and lots of helpful advice. no hard sell or being rushed. i felt their priority is meeting the needs of customers. would not hesitate in recommending james bryan opticians, would not go anywhere else.

I have used james bryan opticians since moving to chelmsford 25 years ago and always receive professional and friendly care. more recently this extended to fantastic emergency care when my retina detached by seeing me quickly, making sure i understood what was happening and what to expect. not many places left that can claim 25 years of great customer service. i won’t go anywhere else.

I had been looking around for a stylish pair of designer sunglasses and was finding most opticians have a fairly limited range. not so at james bryan opticians, their range is amazing, second to none. the staff were very helpful, professional and communicative. i'm extremely pleased with my maui jim's and the excellent service i received at james bryans. would i recommend them? absolutely i would.
