The Dental Abode (formerly Down Town Dental Clinic)

Waste of time getting there 5mins early, appointment meant to be 11:10am, I walked out at 11:45am. No acknowledgement from any staff for the delay until I asked. "we're so sorry" is all I got back from reception. If you're running that late then let patients know. Over an hour I've taken out of work getting there, waiting for 40mins and getting back, all unnecessarily because I wasn't seen to. All over the practice they complain on posters about missed appointments by patients but guess they don't care about their own time keeping.

I thought getting braces would be so scary but the staff and orthodontists were so lovely and supportive the whole way through!!

They were soo lovely and Explaining exactly what they were doing as well as asking if I was happy with the way my filling looked, and literally gave me a new smile. Cannot recommend enough. :)

they have been very helpful and kind when getting my braces on they did top and bottom at the same time so everything was more efficient and i didn’t have to wait as long

My sons just finished orthodontic treatment and we're very happy with the service all round. Lovely staff, good appointment availability. Would recommend. Thank you!
