Unfortunately, the beg bug service offered didn't rectify the issue, the following day the bugs where still active. That said these bugs are extremely difficult to irradicate with just sprays and fogging of pesticides. Rather than potentially waste another £100 on a further treatment we took matters into our own hands and thus far seem to have eradicated the bugs; no chemicals and 6 hours of hard work. The customer service of this company was great.

Spoke to Alison late on a Wednesday evening, who responded very quickly. Rob was round on the Friday and they fit our work in on the Saturday around other jobs. Fantastic service informative on time and brilliant. Will hopefully not need to use again but if I do they’ll be the first people I call. Sam

Absolutely fantastic company when I needed someone to come and get rid of a wasp nest in my shed which unfortunately got me 13 stings!! Super responsive out of hours contact. Specialist turned up at exactly the time of the appointment. He successfully removed the wasp nest after treating it. Highly highly recommend.

I had a problem with a wasp nest under roof tiles in quite an awkward place to get at. Alison responded to my email immediately and arranged for a Pest Technician to visit. Rob arrived promptly, treated the nest without any fuss and was very professional throughout. Unfortunately, this first treatment didn't work so Alison immediately arranged for Rob to come back -without any quibble. He tried a different way of getting at the nest which proved successful. All contact was carried out in a calm and positive way. Would highly recommend this company and will definitely use again. Thanks Alison & Rob!

Excellent communication by all staff. Discreet, very friendly and understanding over our issue we had. Every question asked was answered in a understanding manner for the issue we had.
