My dog loves going to pet grooming, she is a nerves dog but is at ease with Helen.

Highly recommend Helen she is absolutely fantastic with my boys she does a collect and drop off service which is fantastic my boys love Helen so much they get so excited waiting for Helen to knock on the door it’s like a day trip out for my boys they come home smelling amazing Helen has so much love and is so passionate about animals she is so knowledgeable I wouldn’t take my boys anywhere else ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Helen grooms our mini sausage, he isn’t the easiest of dogs to handle but takes to Helen really well! Added bonus he always smells amazing when we collect him, even had a Pawdicure too !!

When my aunt passed away I rehomed her Spanish waterdog. He came to a different country with different people and his coat was a mess due to being in quarantine and travelling to the UK. He was such an anxious boy. Helen took over 6hours to complete his first groom. She gave him so much love, patience and snuggles throughout. Over the 2yrs he's been with me, Helen has gone out of her way to ease him into being regularly groomed. He now takes under 2hours for a full groom with no breaks needed. His anxiety has decreased enormously and he's grown to love having a bath and becoming all clean and fresh! If Helen hadn't taken the time to get to know him, go for walks with him and her own dogs and shown him so much love and care, this would've never been possible. He is not just an income to her, he's a doggo she loves. Helen is so knowledgeable, passionate and caring in what she does. She never backs down to a challenge and my boy definitely gave her one! Her prices are absolutely spot on. She's worth so much more than she charges for the love, care and attention to detail she provides. She's always so reliable, responsive and honest. If I could give a million stars, I definitely would!
