Great customer service and really helpful in when trying to schedule the first appointment - with a super busy diary, it is always a challenge but michelle was great. we've had a thorough first appointment, niall explained everything and very professional. would definitely recommend based on the booking process and first appointment.

Niall was very helpful with my shin splints. took his time to really consider my symptoms, and gave me some stretches/exercises which really helped alongside guidance to allow me to carry on keeping my fitness up whilst not able to run. really professional - never got the impression he would try to provide any more treatment than i would need. would come back if/when i’m injured again.

Thoroughly recommend the services of chelmsford physio, friendly and very professional. they really do take the time listen and understand your injury and work with you to get you back to where you want to be. currently doing rehabilitation for a ruptured achilles and we're following a structured programme to return to running. whilst at times you want to push on to reach your targets sooner sometimes honest opinion and professional insight keeps you in check and focused on the bigger picture. great team who are willing to get the extra mile for you and will always get back to you in you have any questions. big shout at to jon , he somehow seems to know what your thinking before you've even asked the question. and also to tom, for the sports massages.highly recommended.

Jon’s done a fantastic job of getting back on my feet and (finally!) running again after an achilles rupture earlier this year. he’s supportive and full of encouragement but also pragmatic. he’s managed my expectations well and always takes my circumstances and goals into account when reviewing progress and developing plans. while i hope not to need his services again once i’m fully recovered (which i mean in the nicest possible way!), i’d definitely go back if i need to.
