Incredibly professional and knowledgeable. 5/5 i had a really serious ankle injury - which wasn't really diagnosed properly by the hospital. i attended the physio academy within 48hrs of the injury. even though it was heavily swollen and we didn't know the full damage, paul wasn't intimidated by this and did such a fantastic job, going beyond the call of duty to firstly make sure we knew what was going on inside my ankle (by organising a mri scan at a specialist nhs clinic) and then treating it. it was a long process but i was assured as went through it with the complete trust my ankle would get back to the normal due to his clear expert knowledge and experience. two years later after using the physio academy, i have no problems with my ankle, avoiding having an operation and still play football and box pain free - which i couldn't imagine in the months following the injury. highly recommended. michael roche

Brilliant service and care. when i fell, whilst on holiday and injured my shoulder; the doctor could only offer pain relief. i was recommended to go to paul at the physio academy with my frozen shoulder and it was the best decision i could have made. paul was very professional and extremely good at sharing with me how my injury was progressing. he is an excellent listener and very gentle (i was in a lot of pain and was scared of being hurt more). the treatment and my 'homework' (which he often videoed so i would get it right) was very successful and i regained my movement and become pain free far quicker than everyone told me it would take. i would recommend this practice to anyone for a friendly and great service.

Billy and the team were fantastic. i was suffering with an ankle injury, which billy helped me recover from and worked with me to get a plan in place so i could hit my goal of running london marathon this year. thanks billy and team. very friendly and professional practice

Had a frozen shoulder which was taking forever to thaw. saw chris then adam and after about 10 sessions which included :shock wave therapy, acupuncture, manipulation and exercises, my shoulder is functioning again and is virtually pain free. highly recommended
