After a bad fall a year ago my husband had not quite regained his balance or his strength, making walking without stumbling difficult. absolutely perfect review of his current condition and excellent explanation of exercises to help. also helped with a discussion about getting back to pre covid activities to use his brain as well as his body. went through everything carefully with us both so that we could do exercises daily and bring activities back, particularly cooking and shopping. we chose to have a second consultation 6 weeks later. he is much improved, standing easily in one foot and walking so much better. on the second visit also showed us further exercises to extend his strength. i am so pleased and would certainly recommend to anyone.

Rachel has done wonders with our 88yr old mother. she was virtually bed bound with back and hip pains but after just a few weeks she is now up and moving around free from pain with her walker. her care and kindness towards mum who also had dementia has been lovely to see. i would recommend the clinic to all who read this.
