I used B&D Writtle to service my Eta Biomass boiler, and would thoroughly recommend them. The gentleman who came (Wayne) was thorough and efficient, left no mess and turned up exactly when he said he would. I can't recommend them highly enough.

Wayne and his trainee Marley were both punctual and really friendly but above all extremely professional and knowledgeable...they fitted a new kitchen tap for me at a really reasonable price the same as which was quoted no hidden extras ...would definitely recommend

My other half recently contacted Excel to see how much it would cost to have the necessary work carried out for a dishwasher to be installed in our kitchen. The chap from Excel came out the same day and was pleasant throughout, stating that he would get the quote to us by Monday at the latest. My other half has today (Monday) chased the quote, only to be told that he can't come anywhere close to another quote we had received and he is therefore refusing to quote full stop. The quote itself is important to us as we are having the work paid for by the developer of our new house and we have been told to obtain at least two quotes. Whilst I appreciate that he knows he's unlikely to get the job, by refusing to spend a few minutes putting a quote together, he's also unlikely to get any future work from us full stop. Overall a very poor attitude and certainly lacking in forward thinking.

Wayne did an excellent job (as did Jay!) in coming out to sort out a problem with my water. I had no water for a week and Wayne came the night I called, went out to seek out the right parts, replied on Whatsapp to let me know when he was coming, and more importantly - got my water back on. If you want someone reliable, fast, knowledgeable and just a pleasure to deal with then Excel is the place to go. Thank you, Wayne!
