Very quick service this week to obtain a passport photo ... The young man was very efficient who served me ...there was no queue when I arrived but 4 people came in after me and they were quickly assisted by 2 other men .... Very polite and helpful..Thank you very much...

Forget Funky Pigeon, forget Moonpig, go to Chelmsford Snappy snaps. The photos are fabulous quality and the staff are so helpful. Ask for John, he was so kind and went the extra mile. You deserve a pay rise John. Thank you.

(I believe it's Jamie and JJ..) They have been extremely helpful on both occasions that I visited the shop. 1. Passport photos and 2. VHS to DVD/USB conversions. On both occasions, they delivered amazing customer service. They were knowledgeable on the full scope of services available for the products and efficiently executing what was needed. Although I live closer to other photo service shops, I will definitely be coming here when I need anything on reliability and customer service alone.
