I have used the services of ob property for the last 7 months and have found them to very efficient, responsive and highly knowledgeable in all statutory legislation in relation to residential lettings.

Amazing - the best experience i have ever had with an agency. nicola arrived at the property early and was very knowledgable about the apartment. over the course of the next week i was confronted with other agents that lied to me about their accommodation and tried to pressure me into making an offer. went with nicola not for the property per se, but for the customer service. as was expected we have been looked after through the whole experience with ob property. it doesn't matter how many times i call with questions, it is seems to be no problem at all. also, very responsive, unlike most agencies that don't want to answer your call once the contract is signed. in the property now and the level of service is still immaculate. a big thank you from the bottom of my heart to this hard working independent. so much so, in the future they will be the only agency i deal with.

Thanks to the ob property, i was able to find a perfect new home to rent for myself and my dog! nicky was never pushy as like other property agents, very good communication, and she was very helpful not only in the offer process but also in sorting out other things for settling down etc information for internet, bills and council tax etc. i would definitely recommend ob property to anyone who would like to find a new flat to stay :)

My partner and i worked with nicky in finding our first home together. she was very patient, relaxed and understanding throughout the whole process. nicky was always readily available with providing us updates through phone calls and emails. she was so sweet that she even provided us with champagne and a card for us to enjoy on the day we got our keys. very very happy
