I have been living in one of the accommodation for approximately 3 months, and it has been great. I was recently asked for house maintenance and improvements recommendations, which I have informed Rob of , and he immediately arranged for the improvements to take place , it did not take ages to fix any of the issues I was having. I was really happy with how fast he dealt with the areas i had concerns with and how responsive he was throughout . I would definitely recommend this agency.

I have been a tenant with the company for 10 years, that speaks volumes, if they didn't look after the properties, why would I stay so long. Has there been difficult housemates over that time, yes, but usually dealt with quickly. On the whole I have had a stress free life living in a well looked after property and the agents a, text or email away and usually responded very quickly. If anything breaks the handy man is dispatched same day or next at latest, I would highly recommend renting from this company .
