Alarm was randomly going off. Morse Digital Security were very helpful, liaised with consultant and arranged for him to come early evening. I only called them mid afternoon. They kept me informed and Andrew Morss was very helpful, sorted a new battery. The office and Andrew were also very pleasant.

Andy and Gary from Morse Digital security Ltd came and installed our new alarm system. They were very helpful and very professional, nothing was too much trouble for them. My husband and I had a very bad time with Verisure on a number of issues. After cancelling our contract with them they left our alarm system only operating at 50% which caused us to install a complete new system. I would not hesitate to recommend Morse Digital Service. I was worried and anxious about everything, but Morse security was extremely understanding and they felt like a local business! which is exactly what I was looking for. I called plenty of times and even re-arranged my appointment, and each time I called they were respectful and fully understood my needs, always friendly and always called me back when needed. Andy, the gentleman who came in to install my system, worked all day and was extremely friendly, and took his time showing me how it all worked and even let me try it a few times. it never felt rushed like I was wasting his time, he was perfect. I even have some issues that have nothing to do with them, and they are coming back in the future to sort it out, no questions asked. pricing is extremely reasonable, the quality of work is impeccable, and customer care is fantastic. I could not recommend them enough! if you are looking for security, Morse Digital is the company to choose from. I am a hard man to please, but I cannot fault them at all, please consider going with them!
