Hot Tub Barn Chelmsford

I have had several years of excellent service from the Hot tub barn team. to date I have purchased two Hot tubs from the barn, one for a member of my family and one for myself, the after sales service is second to none. Commenting from experience, No matter how small a problem or insignificant you may think a question maybe, you will always receive first class advice and attention. I have since recommended the barn to my son who is now the proud owner of a superb Hot tub. Excellent people to do business with.

If you are thinking about getting a hot tub or spa then you need to talk to Ruth. She was extremely friendly, very knowledgeable and helped us with a very major decision. The after care is 1st class too. Thank you to all the team.

A massive thank you to the whole team. Everyone we have dealt with has been really great and helpful. From the team in the showroom, to the delivery guys and the crane team that were recommended to us. Our hot tub was delivered this morning, and all those involved were just brilliant. They were all so friendly and answered any questions we had and made sure we were happy with everything before they left. Although we did not purchase a hot tub from them, we needed advice. The lady on reception could not be more helpful. The advice given was spot on. Our pool looks a lot better. The hot tubs on display cost more than my first house !! But was treated with respect. All I could ask.
