Really friendly team, and good introductory prices. our storage unit was clean and dry and we never had any issues while we were using it.
Great experience from start to finish. easy to set up and start using. very friendly and helpful staff. especially josh. nothing was ever to much and very knowledgable with any questions asked. thanks!

Website was intuitive & clear on reserving a unit. staff was very professional and polite that dealt with me & everything i needed to know was very clearly explained, the storage facility looks extremely sufficient for keeping storage units secure with state of the art security systems & staff on hand as well & would say i feel quite confident that my belongings are quite safe with this company. the building has excellent easy to access features & i like the fact the company has other choices of facilities elsewhere that could prove to be very helpful & convenient if i choose later on to change location. i would highly recommend safestore. i give them 5 stars.
Chris, the manager, handled my storage requirements. he was polite, courteous and empathetic. he explained all tariffs, best suited to my requirements, my whole experience has been a positive one. we’ll done to everyone who works there, great customer service.
