Really friendly team, and good introductory prices. Our storage unit was clean and dry and we never had any issues while we were using it.

Website was intuitive & clear on reserving a unit. Staff was very professional and polite that dealt with me & everything I needed to know was very clearly explained, the storage facility looks extremely sufficient for keeping storage units secure with state of the art security systems & staff on hand as well & would say I feel quite confident that my belongings are quite safe with this company. The building has excellent easy to access features & I like the fact the company has other choices of facilities elsewhere that could prove to be very helpful & convenient if I choose later on to change location. I would highly recommend Safestore. I give them 5 stars.

Chris, the manager, handled my storage requirements. He was polite, courteous and empathetic. He explained all tariffs, best suited to my requirements, my whole experience has been a positive one. We’ll done to everyone who works there, great customer service.
