Fareway Taxis Chelmsford

I have used Fareway Taxis several times. They have a great booking system, the drivers are always prompt and have never had any issues in finding where we are or need to be dropped off. My most recent booking was a drop-off and pick up to Gatwick Airport, our flight on the way back was cancelled. I emailed Fareway Taxis to let them know and they were really prompt in responding back to me and even called me to make sure that everything was okay and to confirm that they had received the message. We ended up flying into a totally different airport, which was a lower cost. They promptly picked us up from the new airport with no issues and were very fast in processing a refund for the difference. Overall, a great service, and the SMS messages to let us know that the driver is on their way, when they’re near and when they have arrived are great.

Good service on several occasions to get me to and from Chelmsford station. They have reliably turned up within the time quoted, and I have never had to wait very long. Engaging and friendly drivers.

I used Fareways taxi today to take my mum out and requested a wheelchair accessible one. Our driver was Jamie and he was so lovely. He was so helpful, kind, courteous and friendly which made our special day even more enjoyable and we were lucky enough to have him on the return journey also. Thank you Jamie

Steve was amazing! Taxi turned up with flashing lights and music, just what we needed on our night out! He was so friendly and communicative. It was my birthday and he even played a birthday song! Best cab ever!
