An amazing experience working with Jamie to design our honeymoon. She was extremely helpful in helping us decide on her destination, and then planning our trip to Bali. The experience in Kuoni is very welcoming, and nothing is too much to ask for. We are very excited for our honeymoon.

My fiancé and I booked our Honeymoon with Stacey Warley at Kuoni in John Lewis, Chelmsford and we couldn't recommend doing this enough! After scrolling through many websites and apps, we were overwhelmed with choice so decided to pop into store in the hope they could help us. Stacey was able to quickly support us and look into our options. We felt incredibly welcomed by Stacey and we were able to book the most amazing honeymoon to Hurghada, Egypt, within the budget we wanted to spend. And without Stacey we likely wouldn't have got the holiday we have. For anyone struggling to book a Honeymoon or Holiday, I would highly recommend going into store and seeing what the team can do for you. We even got a complimentary glass of champagne to celebrate! I used Stacey at Kuoni to book a stag holiday to Benidorm, booking a large party of 16 seemed a bit daunting but Stacey took care of everything for me. After a few emails and a half hour visit to the store I was all booked up. Everything was made nice and clear and the whole process was stress free. Now I can get onto planning the fun stuff.

Kuoni Chelmsford were amazing from start to finish. It felt like a truly personal experience, with Laura creating lots of itinerary options for different destinations in order for us to choose the perfect honeymoon location. Laura even sent us a wedding card when we got married! We would often pop into the store with questions ahead of our honeymoon, nothing was too much for Laura and she was always on hand if we needed anything. We had the best holiday and would highly recommend Kuoni for booking a special holiday. We will definitely be booking with them again, thank you for everything.
