Went into a very busy branch today. every desk was full and there was a buzz with people waiting too. ended up leaving with the relevant brochures to begin research but overheard a few conversations whilst i was choosing the brochures. there is a level of bespoke that these guys can achieve. it's a personal service and quality is what it's about. looking forward to go in and book.
