TUI Holiday Store

We came here yesterday to book our honeymoon, Kay was our advisor and I couldn’t recommend her enough! She went above and beyond searching for the most perfect hotel and honeymoon experience for us in the Caribbean. She stuck to budget and gave us honest and helpful advice about every hotel she showed us. After much deliberation we found our perfect resort and we are so excited to go, spent the evening on google and YouTube at the resort and the amenities it has to offer. Thank you so much Kay! You have given us another milestone to look forward and we can’t wait to get on the plane!

Had a fantastic holiday and was made so easy by Abbi in the store. She is a credit and we have booked more holidays with her for next year.

I booked a holiday with Kay to Senegal recently and I could not of asked for a better experience, she sold it like she had been there herself and I could not of asked for someone better to deal with. I will 100% be booking with TUI Chelmsford again, and booking with Kay again.

We have book several holidays with Abbi, Abbi always goes the extra mile to make sure we are getting the best value and experience, for example we choose the time of year and hotels for a big holiday in a couple of years time Abbi suggested that we would be better off going earlier rather than later in the year, the hotels we had chosen Abbi don’t think they would be suitable for our needs as the where a bit isolated and she suggested hotels that where more central. We would have no hesitation in recommending Abbi and TUI Chelmsford for booking your next holiday.

Would like to say a massive thank you to the Chelmsford TUI especially Abbi. She was extremely helpful every step of the way and I can not fault her services. She made booking a complete holiday so easy and hassle free. I will definitely be returning to this store as this has put a lot of confidence in me in purchasing holidays and getaways. Thank you 🙌
