Outstanding vet practice. Bogdan leads an outstanding team who all genuinely care

I have a diabetic Rottweiler and his not very good with strangers. He don’t make vet life easy but he still gets very good care . All staff are friendly , caring , loving and never do enough to help .

Very friendly and seem to care a lot about the animals. Very easy to book an appointment and get one quickly.

We don't use MediVet often as it's slightly further from us than another vet practice. My Sprocker had something embedded in her foot and I was so worried. Our usual vet couldn't see her until 12 hrs later. I didn't feel comfortable waiting that long so I contacted Medivet who we use on occasion. The receptionist, Nicola, managed to get her an appointment within an hour. Unfortunately the foreign object couldn't be taken out and she needed surgery. Bogdan was very accommodating to all our concerns. The care Poppy got was amazing from the vet to vet nurse. In fact, all the staff there are so kind, friendly and accommodating. I can't praise them enough and will be using MediVet as our primary veterinary practice moving forward. Knowing our pooch, the next appointment won't be too far away.

Very good vets. We have been taking our two cats to Medivet Chelmsford for more than 10 years. Friendly, knowledgeable staff, easy to book appointments, and they treat our pets with care. Would recommend.
