Amazing! Such a good flow to the class that isn’t too complicated so you can really get in the zone. Hot but totally manageable!

It’s great to clear your mind, connect with yourself and gives you a great workout in the process. The instructors deserve a special mention for conducting such high quality classes.

Joined Hotpod yoga for more than a year now - in London first and now in Chelmsford. The teachers are all super qualified and help you improve constantly! Love Emma’s classes on Friday - always make me feel better about myself and help improving my yoga skills!

Absolutely love the classes here. The instructors are amazing! A great atmosphere, I feel so energised after each class. My flexibility was practically zero before I started hot yoga here, but now my strength & flexibility have improved so much! I genuinely look forward to each class. 😊
