Dropped my daughter’s bike in for a puncture repair - and my own in for brake pad replacements - and both were done within 24 hours! Super efficient and really friendly staff! The prices were really reasonable too. I’ll deftly be back to buy my next bike based on this!
Came in a few days after Christmas, with the little ones new bike for a once over, and to discuss some concerns. Met with great service from technician Dan, who adjusted various parts of the bike and gave us the confidence to send our boy down the steepest of hills! Will return for our bike needs whenever we're in town!
As a complete bike novice, went in with little knowledge on specifics of what I needed. All staff were really helpful and informative, never felt I was being upsold anything or pressured into buying. Much more like chatting to knowledgeable mates. And I now have a really good bike that I’m very much enjoying!
