Winston Churchill Memorial Gardens

Lovely little garden with a play park tucked away next to the Honeybourne Line. Re-lanscaped a couple of years ago it provides a lovely space to enjoy the weather with friends, take the dog for a walk or let the kids burn some energy. Not as crowded as the other main parks in town either.

What a mess, the wild meadow idea doesn't work in such a small park, wire fencing to replace the lovely old iron railings......if it wasn't for the volunteers this park would be a com0lete mess.

They have dinner a wonderful job landscaping this little slice of greenery. Whether it's wisteria in the spring or the wildflower patches in the summer, it's gorgeous! A bit of an open green shave on the other half to okay with your dogs and a small park for the kids. What more do you need in a community park?
