Daphne Restaurant

A lovely restaurant that feels secluded despite being in the heart of town. A mystery as to why it was so quiet as the food and service was excellent. We were the only dinners for an hour before 2 other couples joined us. The owner and chef were friendly and it was nice to try a cuisine that wasn't as run of the mill as is usual.

Warm welcome on a first visit to this place. The food was completely delicious, well presented and full of flavour. Good wine list at reasonable prices. Pleasantly busy and good ambience though the hard decor meant it was slightly noisy at times. Good varied menu with plenty of guidance, will certainly return for more.
