I cannot praise this estate agent and their staff member belinda enough. i really only appreciated how professional and efficient they (she)was when i gave up the let and had to use other agency,'s , an absolute nightmare, which cost me £1000's of extra pounds and emotional stress. go to peter ball, you wont regret it
