Communication is terrible. Waited 2 weeks for a response on a finalised itinerary we had planned for our honeymoon only to be told it's now completely unavailable and we have to cancel entirely, with flights booked separately we are now left with no choice but to cancel and replan our honeymoon.
Lovely helpful staff but found the same holiday for half the price with another company
