I’ve been a loyal customer for 3 years now and zen beauty has never disappointed. stef is brilliant and provides the best pampering sessions. my favourite treatment is the pro-collagen facial - the glow afterwards lasts for days and sometimes weeks!

I visited this little centrally located salon last week with my friend, we were made to feel so welcome by the two therapists, the room was warm and the beds comfortable. we booked the 90 minute massage as we both needed to feel relaxed, we received one of the best massages we’ve ever had , almost fell asleep, the girls were so professional , we were given a chilled glass of water and prosecco at the end of our treatment which was a lovely touch. thank you ladies for such a pleasant experience and for making us feel so chilled , hope to see you next time we’re in chester 🤗😊

Zen beauty is such an amazing place, i've just recently had a facial which was fantastic! staff are so welcoming, professional and made me feel calm and relaxed. i've also had lashes and brow treatments done, both of which were superb. i always leave there feeling calmer and more confident in myself. i would highly recommend going to zen beauty.
