Absolutely brilliant service from charlie at the chester specialized store this afternoon! went above and beyond and cleaned and lubed my chain and cassette as well as adjusting my brakes - would highly recommend this store for any bike maintenance, service or repairs - great job and many thanks! 👏🏻🙌🏻🙏🏻

Just recently got a specialized diverge e5 gravel bike on c2w scheme from here and the process from start to finish was excellent. first visit was to have alook at bike i wanted and see what size and glad i did as i would just of ordered a size 58 and alex advised 56. got bike yesterday (sorry didnt get the persons name who i dealt with but was very helpful) added some accessories bottle cage water bottle etc. straight out on it and the quality off the bike compared to my dawes hybrid is unbelievable. was worth the 2 hour round trip from southport. thanks again.

This is a great shop. i picked my new levo up from the store a few weeks ago and andy was really helpful setting the bike up for me and talking through all the finer points. all the guys in the shop were really knowledgeable and helpful….and the bike is amazing. would highly recommend, thanks.

Brilliant customer service! i purchased the bike from here in 2019 and recently decided to give it a make over. after speaking with the team in-store i settled on a new groupset, new wheels & new saddle. from the original discussion to walking out with all the parts fitted was two weeks! really happy with the outcome and looking forward riding it over the summer! thanks

A really great experience today, chris the guy who dealt with me went above and beyond to find a spare part for my old rock hopper. the store was well laid out with a great selection of bikes, i spoke to a couple of the guys whilst waiting and they all seemed genuinely engaged and helpful. i will definitely be back when i upgrade. 👍
