Terrible service 9 months to replace wrong blinds. They cancelled every appointment to refit with one excuse or another. We were constantly chasing them.

Thought we'd found a little gem here but unfortunately they kept cancelling my appointment for measuring up due to illness...still waiting for a call to rebook 3rd attempt! I thought I'd give a small independent a chance and this is what happens!

Good communication initially, job was done a bit sloppily, different blinds have different gearing so they rise and fall at different rates, cords we're done in plastic in some rooms and metal in others. Make sure you get all your snags sorted before you pay, otherwise if you discover issues after payment you'll be chasing them for weeks, if not months. Update: chains break, poor workmanship from Tony the fitter

Ive had some lovely shutters fitted to. Apple blinds were very professional. They have been so helpful though out the whole time. The quality of the shutters are really good and the fitter was very lovely really chatty. His eye for detail really finished them off. Im made up with them. I would highly recommend them to anyone xx

Terrible, terrible company.
Measured our bedroom window incorrectly twice and waited months and months for the correct shutter to arrive.
During this awful journey, that’s still going on, they damaged our UPC window (screwed self tapping screws through the frame, hacked off the finishing trims around the window and threw away the vents), cut wood on our bed leaving sawdust all over it and the floor and damaged the new shutter when it did actually arrive the correct size.
Richard Holland is now ignoring my emails to have this resolved so now I’m having to pursue for damages through the small claims courts.
All extremely boring stuff, save yourself the hassle that I’m having to go through and go elsewhere.
