Called up for advice regarding a structural issue with the car. Despite telling them I was going to push for the manufacturer to resolve it and wouldn't be looking to book their services just yet, they took the time me some fantastic advice over the phone.

Neal did a great job sorting out two panels that were damaged from a cyclist. No fuss, just got things sorted efficiently. Affordable price too.

Thanks to Neal and team, our car is as good as new following a coming together of a super market carpark trolly storage area. Our rear offside door, sill plus rear bumper panel were seriously caved in. Neal sorted it. Communication was spot on too. I fully recommend their services, they're definitely my No 1 go to body shop.

I had never used this company before, until about 6 weeks ago, when I lost an argument with a fence post, and had some pretty severe scratches to two panels on my car and needed a replacement handle. I obtained some quotes for repairs from local businesses, including one quite ludicrous quote from an official dealership, and this company came out as the cheapest (and a very fair price). The only minor drawback is that they couldn't fit me in immediately - however I chose to take this as a positive, because there is clearly a demand for their business. I have absolutely no regrets at all. They have done an absolutely fantastic job, the car now looks as good as new. The work was started and completed exactly when they said it would be, with only a very slight adjustment to the price due to the cost of the handle (which was explained clearly beforehand). I'm extremely impressed with this company, and while I hope that I never have a repeat incident (!) I would not hesitate to use this company again if needed or to recommend them to anybody else. Absolutely fantastic service.
