Inchcape Accident Repair Centre Chester

Following my first ever accident, I was recommended by my local accident repair garage to take it to Inchcape Chester due to my pedestrian airbag being activated in the accident. I spoke with Stuart who was ever so kind and helpful as I had never been in this situation before and didn't know what I had to do! Within 30min I had a call to say that a recovery lorry had been sorted, this was at 11am. Bearing in mind my car was 2.5hrs away, the recovery lorry arrived at 2:15. Very efficent!! I also spoke with Nicola on the same day, she answered my all my questions about the steps and what I had to do, even though that might have been silly ones! 5 days after I spoke with them and my insurance company, I got a call from them and this time spoke with Chris, he informed my that the insurance company had declared my car a total loss, I was devestated and did have some tears but Chris was kind and reassurring. A week after my initial call I had a courtesey call to see how I was and explained that my car would soon be going to a salvage yard. I would definitley recommend them, thank you so much for making this difficult time much simpler for me

I took my Audi A4 SLINE in for repair and I was looked after from start to finish and the work that was done was very professional replacement bumper the car came out brand new i was so pleased well done bodyshop team, thank you

Had real trouble getting booked in by my insurers authorised repairer so spoke to Nicola and she got it all booked in even with a courtesy car straight away. wanted to take our Polo GTi there anyway so it all worked out perfect and the car was returned all nice and clean and really quickly... thanks again Nicola
