Evans Halshaw Ford Chester

This was the second car I purchased via Andrew. He's always friendly and helpful and most importantly for me personally he's never pushy. He explains all the extra services you can have but If you say you don't want something then that's it, there's no trying to force anything on you. Any issues I've had post purchase have been sorted as soon as possible, they've never been too much trouble for him. I would definitely recommend dealing with Andrew and will do so for any further purchases I make.

After looking around for a new car for a while we had kind of given up hope. Then we rolled up to Evans Halshaw … Chelsea was amazing! Asked us what we were looking for and shortlisted some cars for us to look at. The first car she showed us was THE ONE! I wasn't 100% sure what car I was looking to replace my C-Max, but after having a mooch round, the Kuga took my fancy. Phill, our salesperson, was very knowledgeable and patient. He showed some of the great features and wasn't pushy in the slightest. The sale was straightforward enough and the car was all ready to go when we collected it over the weekend. My only criticism was that there was only 9 miles of fuel left in the car and it would have been nice to have some petrol put in by the garage before driving away. Overall though, great service, thank you.

Bring from London, I can't stand car salesmen, dealerships or anything of the sort, from my experience elsewhere they are pushy, hide the facts and unhelpful. Thankfully this was totally different! We walked in to have a look around the cars they had, we wasn't pestered or pushed in any direction. Once one caught our eye we headed in to the main showroom to ask to have a look inside one of the cars/trucks, where we was greeted with wide smiles. I'd like to point out we was both dressed in very casual attire and was treated no differently to if we was in suit and tie. This continues to the lack of opinionated judgement when two people in their mid twenties asked for the keys of a 2020 Ford raptor. Bearing in mind the kind of car this is I was personally expecting stupid remark, hesitation and lack of helpfulness based on how we was dressed at that point. But thankfully I was so wrong! We met Andrew who's a credit to him self and the dealership, he gave us the keys with the upmost professionalism and let us have a real good look through the truck and get a nice feel for the inside and out. Once we'd had a look he swiftly sorted out the paper work to allow us to privately test drive the car on our own. On our return we was greeted again by Andrew, we decided we'd like to make the purchase the same day (in the car before we was back) we informed Andrew of our decision and he was more than helpful to answer all questions involving ones like services, mots, warranty, extended warranty ect. The paper work was sorted fairly fast and we was told about other packages for our purchase, we wasnt pushed or miss sold, it was very clearly explained and a few quotes with diffrent packages was given, we picked the best option for us (stuff we'd inquired about before they could tell us about them) We was did have payment issues but no ones fault but our own. And they done there absolute best to sort this! We also had a few nice little extras thrown in aswell wich made us feel very valued! We was also offered hot and cold drinks through out our visit! The best dealership I've personally ever been to with brilliant staff that are warm and welcoming! Had a brilliant experience from start to finish! Very happy with our purchase! And Andrew needs a pay rise!
