Gomobile Grosvenor

I cracked my iphone 10 last week and i was really annoyed with myself. i went to a few different phone shops in chester, however gomobile was the best value and the only one to offer me a one year warranty. i dropped my iphone off and had it repaired for £100 within 1hr. top notch service, very friendlystaff members. can't recommend them any more. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I've never used a third-party phone repair service before so wasn't sure what to expect but staffan was absolutely brilliant; friendly, knowledgeable and upfront. fitted a new iphone 11 pro screen on the spot and i couldn't be happier with the repair. really highly recommended if you have a broken phone and considering your options.

Messaged staff about a battery replacement. he explained that i’d have a persistent warning/notification to say about it not being an apple authorised repair. for me this isn’t something i could have so booked in with apple instead. there’s not many companies that would run the negatives of their service from the off and be ok with not landing the sale.

My iphone screen had completely blacked out and i’d taken it to two different repair stores but neither could fix it. gomobile fixed my phone almost immediately all while being friendly and explaining how it may have happened. rather than feeling confused or taken advantage of i left with insight on my phone and felt satisfied with the service.

Made up with the service i got. can't fault him in any way and i absolutely 100% recommend this guy for all your phone repairs! very helpful, polite and the service was rapid! 👌🏻 quality of products is amazing! genuinely.
