Absolutely outstanding service. don't be put off by having to leave a voice mail on the answer service ( i initially was as most never call you back) i received a call back within 24 hrs with a booking date and then a follow up call to offer a sooner date. (very efficient) the guy turned up bang on time and the service was that exceptional my partner rang me at work to praise the workmanship and advice offered. (she never does that) very rare these days to get any tradesman to carry out work requested on time or even actually turn up! there's a few local companies i could mention that could do with adopting this guys approach to customer service. top marks to all involved and thankyou, if i could have left 10 stars i would have
