Really friendly and very helpful guy! with every other place closed and major stores not having thermal paste in store, he helped me out so i could complete my build!

My computer wouldn't boot up and i had spent most of the week testing my computer to find which piece of hardware was failing. i couldn't figure out the issue, so i got in contact with mat. i dropped my computer off friday night and to my surprise, he emailed me a diagnostic report to let me know the graphics card had died 40 mins later. already i was impressed at the speed of mat's work and how he quickly discovered what was wrong with my pc. he recommended me a new graphics card and by saturday evening he had ordered the parts, fitted and tested them as well as installing 2 new fans! i am now able to start work on monday with my computer improved, updated and working perfectly well. incredible service, speed and cost! will be using mat for all my computer problems in future. even on email and in person, he was generous with advice and knowledge to help me get the best out of my computer. 10/10!

Matt is very forthright and organized. i desired to upgrade my hard drive and operating system. the speed and efficiency at which he satisfied these needs where truly impressive! plus his prices are very reasonable. should the need arise, i'll definitely be doing business with matt again.
