I came to the store really quite desperate as my old phone was stuck on a boot loop and I was at the brink of losing everything. Erin found a solution that not only saved all my data but did it in the most efficient way. She also set me up on my new phone and the technophobe in me couldn’t be more grateful. Went into the Western Computer store on Friday with issues with charging on my iphone 4s as i wasnt getting the full days worth. Jordan & Erin spoke to me calmly and in a language i understand. I would 100% refer this store to anyone having issues with their apple products such as their Iwatches, macbook mini and any others.
