I think that russell & russell did a good job with conveyancing. it did take a long time, but i don't think this was anything to do with them. i believe that they did a lot of work - all in all - to complete a sale and purchase of a property for a perfectly reasonable fee. i found them to be communicative, give or take the fact that they are probably very busy in the current property climate.
