Bupa Dental Care Chester

Fantastic service would definitely recommend it to all my friends looking for a top dentist. I was so lucky to get Dr. Janet Potter to do magic. I was scared of dentists and would constantly let my teeth get really bad before seeing a specialist. 8 years since the last time I visited the dentist in Saltney that has filled my massive holes with silver via NHS After a couple of visits to Bupa, I became a man to realize there is nothing to be scared of =)) Now I can open my mouth wide open without thinking there are black silver fillings, and plus cracked tooth got rebuilt and repaired looking like nothing has ever happened to it. Big thanks again to Dr. Janet Potter and her team for putting a smile on my face and rebuilding my confidence

Very good dental service. Pain management is excellent, I haven't really had any and I have had several fillings. Philip is always encouraging, supportive and realistic re treatment options. I've been a registered there for several years and no longer feel any real anxiety about attending an appointment. Previously I did not register with a dentist for some years as I had a dental phobia. Update. Mr Brown ( Philip) consistently recommends essential treatment and has a most reassuring manner.

I first visited Janet Potter in 1991 having avoided the dentist for about 6 - 7 years through fear after having a couple of bad experiences as a child. Janet was really reassuring with me and gradually I became more comfortable with going to the dentist. I moved away from the area in 1997 and had to leave Janet Potter which I found very sad. In 2010 I returned to the area and came straight back to Janet Potter. I followed Janet Potter and her hygienist Gill Stagg to BUPA dental care where they continue to give me first class dental care in a reassuring manner. At my last appointment Janet Potter built up one of my lower canines I explained to her that I am still nervous about the drill and find the noise of the drill unnerving and asked if U could wear headphones and listen to music to help me relax. Janet explained to me that lots of people don't like the sound of the drill and I was welcome to listen to music. She queried what music I was listening to. Both Janet an her nurse were really reassuring throughout the appointment and kept me calm and relaxed right through the appointment.
